- How much will it cost to work with Elm Street Management?
Elm Street Management works to realistic budgets. We will factor in the time we estimate spending on your business as well as what services you will need. Payment is structured either as a retainer or hourly depending on the needs of the client. Our fees for audit and ongoing services are priced separately, and different rates apply for the various functional areas of expertise. Remember, we also want your business to be profitable and won’t load you down with unnecessary charges.
- Who will actually be doing the work?
One of Elm Street Management’s principals will always be overseeing your account, if not servicing it directly. Elm Street Management has a team of experts to work with you and their biographies are listed in the About Us section of this website. Generally, because of our integrated approach, you will have multiple Elm Street Management members working with you on different aspects of your business.
- Can I change the services I am getting from Elm Street Management later if I decide I need something different?
Yes! We are flexible and want to ensure that you are getting the services that are most valuable for your company. We ask for at least a six-month commitment in working with Elm Street Management; however, we will adapt to your business' changing needs within that arrangement.
- What if my company is not in the real estate industry?
While working with real estate related companies is the foundation of Elm Street Management, we have experience in industries such as communications, education, health care, non-profit and professional services. We will take the time to learn your business and familiarize ourselves with your industry, and then we will apply our proven business acumen to your company. Our methods are universal and we are adept at incorporating them into the overall business strategy.
