The integrated team at Elm Street Management has its roots in the leadership of Monarch Title, Inc. We came about at the suggestion of Monarch’s underwriter, so impressed were they with the operational efficiencies and best practices of our Operations, Finance, HR, IT and Marketing teams during a time of industry upheaval. We now offer that expertise to other companies in the real estate industry and beyond.
